The hotel was wonderful with wonderful location in beautiful parkland. Reasonably large, elegant room with a separate bathroom and a roll in shower, hair dryers, and bath robes. Plenty of food at the splendid breakfast. An absolutely amazing way to end my trip.

Great Location for Exploring 🌳

We could easily walk to all the places we wanted to go because here it was in a stunning park, right in the middle of Fontainebleau forest.

The Chateau's decoration is simply exquisite, transporting you to a bygone era with its elegant furnishings and beautiful antiques. The general areas, such as the reading room and terrace, offer a tranquil retreat where I could relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. , as a senior woman, I appreciated the hotel's accessibility. The pathways were well-maintained, making it easy for me to navigate around the grounds, and the staff kindly assisted me whenever I needed help.

It would have been even more delightful if there were more organized activities specifically tailored for senior guests. A gentle afternoon tea or a guided tour of the nearby attractions, led by the knowledgeable staff, would have made my vacation even better.

This place has a wonderful location near the Fontainebleau castle and other charming towns like Fontainebleau, Barbizon, or Moret-sur-Loing, and the staff are all friendly and accommodating.
